BOOKING CONDITIONS FOR DAY TRIPS AND THEATRE TRIPS
Payment
Full payment must be made for our popular trips at the time of booking. Cash payments on the day to the driver will not be accepted unless agreed with Walton's Coach Hire Ltd in advance. If tickets for any event/meals which we are supplying are required, payment must be made in advance by cheque or debit card.
Groups
Payment is required at time of booking if there are 4 or more passengers in the party. Payment can be made to the office via debit card.
Cancellation by you
Cancellation of any trip must be made to the company by 5.00 pm 3 working days before travel (not including the day of travel), please see table below, otherwise full payment will be required irrespective of the reason. Payments MUST be made at the time of cancellation by debit card if these terms are not met.
If lunch or a ticket is included in the price then the 3 day cancellation period does not apply and monies will not be refunded unless they can be resold before the day of travel.
Cancellation by us
Due to operational reasons, we reserve the right to cancel or amend any trip at short notice. In the event of cancellation by us, a full refund will be given by the company.
Meals and Admission
Meals and admission costs for any venue are NOT included in brochure listed price, unless specifically detailed.
Children
A child's fare is half the price of an adults fare, unless otherwise stated. Children are classed as any person 14 or under. Children 2 years old and under travel free of charge at the discretion of the driver. If the driver deems your child too big to be sat on your knee then a child's fare will be charged.
Delays
Walton's Coach Hire Ltd can accept no liability for delays incurred by delays incurred by adverse weather/traffic conditions or any other conditions beyond our control. The company can accept no responsibility for additional costs incurred by the late arrival of passengers for the departure of the coach.
Seating Arrangements
The company reserves the right to give passengers' alternative seats to those agreed where necessary.
Seatbelts
It is required by law and the liability of all passengers to ensure that seatbelts are worn and securely fastened at all times. The company cannot be held responsible for any incidents resulting from this requirement being ignored.
Smoking
We operate a no smoking policy on all our vehicles.
This Website and the Brochure are compiled with information received from various sources and is correct at the time of going to press and Walton's Coach Hire Ltd accepts no responsibility for any venue cancelled at short notice or date altered and not being notified.
To comply with current legislation, our drivers are not permitted to give commentaries whilst driving.
